How we handle your information

Last updated: July 2026

MemorialStreamLive is a service of ESLPIX STUDIO LLC ("we," "us"). We provide funeral live streaming, memorial photography, and video services in South Florida. Families come to us during difficult days, and we treat their information accordingly: we collect only what we need to provide the service, and we do not sell it.

Information we collect

When you call us or submit our service request form, we collect the details needed to plan and deliver coverage:

  • Your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method
  • The funeral date, city, church, and — when cemetery coverage is requested — the cemetery location
  • The package you are interested in and any details you choose to share
  • For memorial slideshows: the photographs, names, and dates your family submits

Our website does not require accounts and does not ask viewers of a livestream to register or provide personal information to watch.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and confirm availability
  • To coordinate with the funeral home, church, or cemetery on timing and access
  • To produce and deliver the livestream, photographs, slideshow, and edited memorial video
  • To send you the private viewing link and final deliverables

We do not sell your information, and we do not use funeral details for advertising.

Livestream access and privacy

We typically livestream funeral and memorial services through YouTube or Zoom. We generally recommend YouTube because viewers can usually watch directly in a web browser without downloading or installing an additional application. Zoom may prompt some viewers to open or install the Zoom application, depending on their device and browser settings.

Unless the family requests otherwise, the livestream is provided through a nonpublic viewing link that can be shared with family members, friends, and other people the family wishes to invite.

A nonpublic or unlisted link is not the same as a fully private link. Anyone who receives the link may be able to watch the service and forward the link to another person. The contracting family is responsible for deciding who receives the viewing link.

At the family's request, and when supported by the selected platform, we may apply additional privacy restrictions. For example, we may:

  • Change a YouTube video from unlisted to private
  • Restrict access to approved viewers when the platform permits
  • Remove or delete the livestream recording
  • Disable continued access to the video

Some privacy settings may require viewers to sign in to an account or provide additional identifying information directly to the streaming platform.

We do not publish or promote a family's livestream, memorial video, photographs, or service details in our portfolio, social media, advertising, or other marketing materials without written permission from an authorized family representative.

Livestream recording availability

Unless otherwise stated in the written service agreement, the recorded livestream remains available through the provided viewing page or link for up to 90 days after the service. During this period, family members, friends, and other invited viewers may rewatch the service.

The family may contact us before the end of the 90-day period to request that the recording be made more private, restricted, removed, or permanently deleted. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the request promptly, subject to the capabilities and processing times of the streaming platform.

After the 90-day viewing period, we may remove or delete the livestream recording without additional notice unless extended hosting or permanent delivery is included in the family's written service agreement.

Families should download or securely preserve any final video files provided to them. MemorialStreamLive does not guarantee permanent online storage or permanent availability of a YouTube, Zoom, or other streaming link.

Once a viewing link or downloaded recording has been shared, copied, screen-recorded, reposted, or distributed by a viewer, MemorialStreamLive cannot control or remove copies held by other people or hosted on other platforms.

Third-party streaming platforms

Livestreams and recordings may be hosted or delivered through third-party platforms such as YouTube, operated by Google, or Zoom.

When a person opens a livestream or recording, the selected platform may automatically process information such as the viewer's Internet Protocol address, device information, browser information, account information, cookies, viewing activity, and approximate location. That information is handled according to the platform's own privacy policy and settings.

MemorialStreamLive does not control the independent privacy, security, account, or data-retention practices of YouTube, Google, Zoom, or other third-party platforms.

Service providers

Our request form is operated by a customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which processes the information you submit on our behalf. Livestreams are delivered through professional streaming infrastructure. These providers receive only what is necessary to operate the service and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Filming at the service

Funeral coverage necessarily records attendees who appear at the service. We film respectfully and at the family's direction. If a specific attendee should not appear on camera, tell us before the service and we will accommodate wherever practical.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking records as required for business and legal purposes. You may ask us at any time to correct your contact information or delete inquiry details we no longer need. Retention periods for footage and photographs are set out in your written service agreement.
