If your question isn't here, call (561) 425-8585 — a person answers, not a menu.
Standard bookings are made at least 7 days before the service at regular package rates. Between 3 and 6 days out we can often provide rush service for an additional fee. Less than 3 days away? Call us — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Call (561) 425-8585 or use the request form. We confirm details in one short conversation, then contact the venue ourselves.
All of South Florida: Miami & Miami-Dade, Fort Lauderdale & Broward, and Palm Beach County.
Yes. We speak with the funeral director or church staff directly about timing, access, and camera placement, so your family doesn't manage logistics.
Yes. Every stream uses a nonpublic, unlisted link shared only with the people your family invites. We never publish or promote a stream. Anyone who receives the link can watch and could forward it, so the family decides who gets it — additional restrictions (like making a recording fully private or deleting it) are available on request. See our Privacy Policy.
Nothing changes — we never rely on venue Wi-Fi. We bring our own backup cellular internet to every service, indoors or graveside.
Yes. The link works worldwide on any phone, tablet, or computer — no app, account, or technical skill needed. Viewers simply tap and watch.
Barely. We arrive early, place small cameras discreetly along walls or at the back, use no lights or flash, and operate silently from out of sight.
If your family wishes, we can enable a condolence message area alongside the stream — or keep it viewing-only. Your choice.
Yes, always. Footage from the included camera angles is professionally edited into one memorial video, delivered within 72 hours after the funeral as a private link your family can download, keep, and share.
No. The footage is edited into one finished memorial video. Raw camera files are not included unless specifically stated in the written service agreement.
Yes — church photography and a personalized memorial slideshow are included in The Tribute ($850) and The Legacy ($1,250). The Legacy adds cemetery photography and a dedicated photographer.
To reduce the risk of muted audio, copyright claims, or video removal, we use original, custom-created, or properly licensed music for every slideshow. We'll help you choose something fitting.
No. Group photographs are taken when the schedule, available time, venue rules, space, and family participation allow — we make every effort, but they can't be promised in advance.
The download is yours permanently. We also keep the private online link active so relatives can view it without downloading anything.
Packages are $500 (The Keepsake), $850 (The Tribute), and $1,250 (The Legacy) everywhere in our South Florida service area — see the pricing page. Travel within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach is included.
The Legacy ($1,250) — the only package covering both the church service and the graveside farewell, with three church camera angles, two videographers, and a dedicated photographer. The Keepsake and The Tribute cover the church only.
One with The Keepsake, two with The Tribute, and three during the church service with The Legacy.
Yes. The Legacy's five hours include the church service, travel or procession time between locations, cemetery setup, and the graveside service. The stream may pause briefly during travel.
Yes — funeral homes can book on a family's behalf, and we offer a partnership program with per-service partner rates and optional white-labeling.
The price is confirmed in writing before the service, and the booking is confirmed after full payment. The private viewing link is sent once all funeral information is received, the details are confirmed, and payment is complete — so your family can share it before the service.
Call and ask — even if you're just comparing options. We're glad to help.
